Payments

All payments must be made before access to the course is granted. Prices may change without prior notice. Existing purchases will not be affected.

Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Subscription Plans

If you purchase a monthly subscription:

• You may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation stops future billing only.
• Access continues until the current billing period ends.
• No refunds are provided for payments already made.

Sharry PTE provides educational guidance only. We do not guarantee:

• A specific PTE score
• Visa approval
• University admission

Student results depend on individual effort, preparation, attendance, and performance.

Limitation of Liability

Sharry PTE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant course.
